My Pain

Model, Terri Lee
from Our Sisters in Eleanor's Gallery

On June 27, 2007 the Women's Support Network in Newmarket, Ontario unveiled a framed print of My Pain at a special meeting. We are all proud of the model for this painting, Terri Lee, who was guest speaker at the meeting.

Terri's strength and courage were given special affirmation by the Women's Support Network announcement of the creation of an annual "Terri Lee Award" which will be presented each year to a woman living the strength and courage to reclaim her life.

The first recipient of this new award is Natasha. A plaque bearing her name was placed with My Pain in the Women's Support Network facility, alongside Terri's.

The circle is unbroken.
